Our Chief Coach, a former national coach, has trained national and international champions. He wants KCAK to produce a dozen Olympians from Karnataka.
She started kayaking at 8 and was a national champion at 14. By 16, she had 25 Golds, 7 Silvers and 3 Bronzes. At 18 she picked up her first International Bronze at the World Championships in Uzbekistan. Her athletic achievements got her a free spot at the prestigious Ramaiah Medical College. She’s a neurosurgeon now.

Akansh and Ranjit are two incredible athletes. Back in 2018, with only two weeks of practise, both of them won a silver medal at the Chennai Sub-Junior Nationals, thanks to the coaches who gave everything they had to help them reach that goal.
