Is there an age limit to join?

Our classes are open to anyone over the age of ten.

How much do your classes cost?

Our prices vary depending on the class, level of experience, and length of the course. All payments, including quarterly, six-monthly, and annual plans, must be made in advance to qualify for discounts.

Where can I find the training centre?

The Yele Mallappa Shetty Kere (Lake) is located on the outskirts of Bangalore.

What are the times and dates of your classes?

Our classes are available all year.

Do you need to be able to swim?

Yes, in order to participate in our classes, you must be able to swim.

What kinds of boats do you use in your classes?

In our classes, we use a variety of boats, including canoes, kayaks, sculls, and dragon boats.

What is your class's minimum and maximum group size?

The size of our groups varies depending on the class. Each class has a maximum of 20 students.

Do you have instructors who are certified?

Yes, all of our classes have certified instructors.

What is the policy on cancellations and refunds?

We have a no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee. So don’t worry, sign up now if you haven’t already. However, If you want to cancel or get a refund, you have to do it within three days of paying for or signing up for the class. If for some reason you are unable to attend the class, we offer make-up classes.

What are the start and end times for the beginner and advanced classes?

Timings differ depending on the class. The training centre is open seven days a week from 6:30 am to 9:30 am in the mornings and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Each batch is 1 hour long.

Do you also provide training for para-athletes?

We do, in fact, train para-athletes. We offer a wide range of classes that are ideal for para-athletes.

Is there any special equipment I need to purchase?

No, you do not need to purchase any special equipment to participate in our classes. In our classes, we provide all the necessary safety equipment.

What happens if I fail to attend a class?

We offer make-up classes if you are unable to attend the class.

How am I going to get there?

What is included in the course fee?

The class fee includes all necessary gear, equipment, and professional coaching.

What is not included in the course fee?

Taxes, transportation, food, beverages, snacks, personal gear, medical emergency and evacuation insurance, and any other items not specifically mentioned in the offer description of the package you’re interested in are additional and payable.

How long will the class last?

Each class is about an hour long.

Is it safe?

Yes, but there is an element of risk involved, as with all adventure sports. However, we have an experienced team to help you enjoy the sport safely, and in the event of an emergency, we have a medical team of doctors and nurses on standby to provide first aid in the event of any casualties. We’ve also partnered with a nearby hospital in case we require ambulatory services, emergency evacuation, or first aid care.
